Determination of two acrylates in environmental water by high performance liquid chromatography

چکیده

A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established for the determination of two acrylate substances in environmental water. The optimal chromatographic conditions were determined via exploring effects column, mobile phase, column temperature, flow rate, detection wavelength and other factors on separation effect substances. Finally, effective methyl methacrylate isopropyl realized within 6 min. retention time target compound used qualitative analysis external standard quantitative experiment. linear relationship between acrylates good range 0.2-50.0 mg/L, correlation coefficient curve higher than 0.999. recovery rate 88.6%-105.3%, relative deviation 1.7%-4.1%, limit (LODs) 0.03-0.05 mg/L. simple, efficient accurate, suitable water samples.
